You must provide your current player ID number on the claim form for the contest you are claiming for. You can find this Player ID Number as your persona # on the www.goldentee.com website under your player account. If you do not have a player account please register so that you are able to obtain this information for your claim form.
If you have a lost or old card that you are using for a player ID on the claim form, this will not match our records. You must provide your current player ID (persona ID #) |
